Things you'll need to ask us to change for you

While most settings in Sparx Maths can be managed directly by your school, some changes need to be made by the Sparx team. This article outlines which changes you'll need to contact us about and how to request them.

Changes that require Sparx support


School details

  • School name changes

  • Academic year start/end dates

  • Changes to your school group/trust affiliations

Student account settings

  • Turning off bookwork checks for individual students with specific needs

  • Enabling text selection for students who use screen readers

Technical settings

  • Removal from the schools leaderboard

  • MAT Login requests

    • If you require a MAT login, and there are only a few schools in your Trust, then the Sparx Leader for each of your schools can add you. However, if your Trust has a large number of schools then please get in touch and we can create a MAT login which will allow login access to all your schools.


How to request changes

If you need to contact us to make one of these changes, please use the 'Help & Support' button at the top of your Sparx Maths site, and send us a message.

Important information

  • Some changes may take up to 24 hours to take effect

  • Some of the changes listed above will affect multiple Sparx products

  • Certain changes may require approval from your school's key contacts
