Changing students' usernames
Changing students' usernames
If you need to change a student's username, you'll always need to do this individually, via Student Manager (usernames can't be changed via CSV import)
Go to 'Management' → 'Student Manager'
Scroll down to the 'Sparx login details' section
Enter a new username for the student (must not duplicate a username that's in use by another student)
Click 'Save'
Make sure to tell the student that their username has changed (they won't be able to log in with their old username once you've changed it)
If a student's name changes, their username won't automatically change - you'll need to change this manually if needed.
